Details
Using Moz 1.2b, in the above MS Knowledge Base window and I believe in ALL such
MS KB windows, a number of lines of coded text near the beginning the articles,
in each case, do not register properly in the browser and often overprint each
other. This shows identically in printed copy. These pages display and print
normally in Netscape 4.79.

The site is designed to look like that (but NS4 has no CSS support to speak of,
so it ignores the CSS).
