As suggested during the review of bug #1063572 I am splitting out enabling the new Geoclue2 geolocation provider by default into a new bug.

This way if something unexpectedly breaks (knock on wood!) there is no need to revert all the code, just this pref-switch.

Depends on: 1063572

Enable Geoclue2 geolocation provider by default.

This provider will actually only be considered if Geoclue is available on
D-Bus.
Then it is preferred over particular single location sources (like GPSD)
since its location is based on an aggregation of them, and, additionally,
will be consistent with other applications in the system that are using
the location service.

Enable Geoclue2 geolocation provider by default. r=emilio

Bravo for this feature!

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: New feature (ish) for Linux users
[Affects Firefox for Android]: No
[Suggested wording]: On Linux, Firefox will use Geoclue if available on the system for geolocation.
