Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Firefox with a clean profile.
2. Go to www.wunderground.com and observe the header.

Expected result

1. Mobile Apps and More buttons are not overlapping.
2. Popular Cities title is aligned with the rest of the items in the row.

Actual result

1. Mobile Apps and More buttons are overlapping.
2. Popular Cities title is not aligned with the rest items in the row.

Regression range

• I don't think this is a regression since I was able to reproduce it way back to 2014, 37.0a1.

We've been able to reproduce this on all OS's, but we've also seen it in other browsers, so this is definitely a bug in the site and not a Firefox issue.
