Hi!
I try to download any file from the web and send me this error message:
"C:/windows/temp/edq68s.bz2 could not saved because the source file could not be
read"
"Try again later or contact to server administrator "
The file exist i download it with external download manager.
Bye example http://www.php.net/distributions/manual/php_manual_en.pdf.bz2

Deleting "compreg.dat" and restarting seems to have helped most people -
see bug 171441
