  1. The searchbar popup
  2. "Show more bookmarks" icon popup (>>), appears when the the bookmarks toolbar is overflowing
  3. The Other Bookmarks popup on the bookmarks toolbar

I managed to reproduce this issue on a 2022-05-19 Nightly build on Windows 10 x64 using High Contrast White. Verified as fixed on Firefox 102.0b6(20220609185805) and Nightly 103.0a1(20220609220048) on Windows 10 x64.
