While looking at https://stats.thunderbird.net/#telemetry I noticed the storage calendar has the highest count with ~12M. That's roughly around the same amount of the imap and pop account metrics combined.
Looking at the telemetry code it looks like we count the "Home" calendar that is automatically created at startup. We should only include this calendar if it's enabled and actually used.

I see we are tracking read-only calendars not sure why but disabled calendars may be worth tracking as well. It may also be useful to keep track of the number of times users encounter the "Modification Failed" and the general error prompt that disables calendars and puts them in an an error state. That way we may be able to pick up on widespread issues earlier.
All a separate bug for those.
