1770404 - Disable Wayland compositor integration on beta and release

The compositor integration is still in a tech-preview state and increasingly unlikely to ever get enabled in its current form (see bug 1617498 comment 28). Thus I currently don't plan to fix bugs. As some users enabled this feature in non-nightly builds, ensure we disable it there so they get a better experience.

Note: we might still want to reuse parts of the current implementation
for better YUV support.
