Perfherder has detected a talos performance regression from push 30568298b02d9c9f1bb3a5f1c9d33ac1e19f595e. As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

The change from bug 1769309 just added an entry to the DLL blocklist, it seems unlikely that it would have caused a performance drop.

This is a notoriously noisy test suite and the graph shows no obvious long-term regression here. I don't think we should time trying to track down what's almost certainly a phantom regression here, but feel free to reopen if you have stronger evidence to the contrary.
