Open https://www.arrasfilmfestival.com/leave-no-traces/

Actual results:

A part of the page is not drawn (this seems to correspond to the background): I get contents of the previous page. I've attached a screenshot: you can see a part of this bug report in the background of the arrasfilmfestival.com page. The page gets drawn as soon as I scroll.

Expected results:

The whole page should be drawn immediately.

Correction concerning the steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure that some tab is open with some random page (e.g. this bug page).
2. Open https://www.arrasfilmfestival.com/leave-no-traces/ in a new tab of the same window.
3. Switch to some tab of this window (e.g. the one mentioned at step 1).
4. Switch to the tab corresponding to the https://www.arrasfilmfestival.com/leave-no-traces/ page.

After step 2, everything is OK. But after step 4, some contents are not redrawn (as seen in the screenshot I attached earlier).

Actually, elements from the old page can appear on the arrasfilmfestival.com page (i.e. this is not just an issue with some part not drawn).

And it appears that scrolling doesn't necessarily fix the issue. It can make it worse! See this new screenshot.

In case this matters, the graphic card: VGA compatible controller [0300]: NVIDIA Corporation GK208GLM [Quadro K610M] [10de:12b9] (rev a1)

And I'm using the official Nvidia drivers (nvidia-legacy-390xx-driver 390.151-1 Debian package).

Thanks. So FF says it's using the software renderer, which usually has few correctness problems (compared to hardware accelerated rendering). What DE is this? This is not in any kind of VM, right?

I don't use any desktop environment (just the FVWM2 window manager). This is a laptop, not a VM.

And I haven't seen any such issue with other websites.

This is not the same video card. My chipset is older and not supported by 470.*.
