Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:101.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/101.0
Steps to reproduce:
Played a video in a PiP window.
Actual results:
Depending on video content, a lot of pixel noise, wavy moiré patterns, stair effect.
Expected results:
A better quality downscaling algorithm as an option to be turned on via "about:config" and/or otherwise (with a warning that it might be more GPU/CPU costly) should provide a way better video playback quality.
