Details
On Windows 98 (Moz 1.2b) a XUL file got a .xml extension in the download when
choosing 'save as'. This is probably a dup. But since related bugs are being
closed as fixes and I'm not sure if they are meant to be fixed int this
milestone I'll file the bug anyway. Why? Because messing with the extension is a
nuisance.

Yes, this is a dup. I'd dup it, but you haven't provided clear steps to
reproduce (there are about 4 different ways of triggering saving of a page or
link and which one you're using _matters_).
