Firefox version:Firefox Nightly 101.0a1 (2022-05-22) (64-bit)

Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to:https://databricks.com/try-databricks
2. Observe the result.

Expected Behavior:
The page loads as expected.

Actual Behavior:
The page keeps refreshing.

Notes:

• Not reproducible with ETP set to OFF.
• Works as expected using Chrome.
• Screenshot attached.

Looks like this is caused by our MaxMind GeoIP shim. Adding NI for Tom to investigate.

It seems that this site and Ibanez.com don't tolerate GeoIP2 returning an error-callback (this one redirects endlessly, Ibanez will not redirect to a storefront at all). I'll update the shim to just generically claim the user is in the United States for now, to preserve privacy and at least get the user to some functional website.
