When focus following text field, cursor hides:
<input type='text' value='80'  align='right'  size='6' maxlength='9'>
So, in case of right text alignment and empty value of field, cursor hides

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just focus the empty text field with right alignment
Actual Results:  
Cursor hides - no visible cursor in the field

Expected Results:  
A visible blinking cursor in the field
