It looks like this is a spurious failure (unrelated to what it's actually trying to test) that occurs because the testcase does not explicitly set a line-height, so the test content is using line-height: normal, but this does not necessarily resolve to the exact same measurement in all browsers.

We should be able to fix this by adding an explicit line-height: 1 to the testcase and reference, once bug 1770519 has landed.
