Now that bug 1712104 is fixed, we can explicitly add a policy to disable print preview.

On chrome, the policy is DisablePrintPreview. On Edge it's UseSystemPrintDialog
I went with Edge because I like the more descriptive name.

The UseSystemPrintDialog policy is applied correctly with Fx 103.0a1 (2022-06-22) and Fx 102 on Windows 10, macOS 11 and Ubuntu 20.04 (tested using different trigger mechanisms: CTRL+P, window.print(), Print used via app menu and via menu bar, Print selection and This Frame - Print Frame).
