Details
Using Mozilla 1.2b on a Win2K (w/SP3) system, I am unable to download files.
When I right-click and select "Save Link Target As..." I am presented with a
"Save As" pop-up window, I select a directory and filename, click OK and then
absolutely nothing happens (i.e. Download manager does not come up, the file
does not download and no error message or other indication of a problem appears).

- Please use the Bugzilla helper next time. This will help you write good bug
reports. Also it will make you search for duplicates.
- Try deleting compreg.dat when all Moz windows are closed (including quick launch)
Judging by the information you give and being biased by the LARGE number of
duplicates we're seeing, i'm duping this to 171441 once more
