Steps to reproduce:

As you type, normally the keystrokes are queued, and the address bar will process them as it gets to them, typing the characters in, showing suggestions, autofilling it, etc...

But when you press Enter, that key applies immediately, and any queued keystrokes are discarded. This causes you to visit a truncated URL, or perform a truncated search.

I don't know exactly which circumstances are required to produce an address bar that doesn't respond within 50ms. It might require a large history, large set of bookmarks, or maybe even some complex background tabs might be enough to reproduce it.

Actual results:

Address bar applies the Enter key immediately, before the other keystrokes have been processed and have had their text entered in.

Expected results:

Enter Key should have been delayed until the other keystrokes were processed.

Hello! I have tried to reproduce the issue with firefox 102.0a1(2022-05-30) on Windows 10, unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Could you answer the following questions in order to further investigate this issue.
