Just go to any website with horzintal rule bars that have been modified with
css. Mozilla only regards the length property, not color or width.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Iternet Explorer, and go to a website that has horizontal rule bars.
2. Look and see if they are colored or wider than they are normally, just any
modification.
3. Open the same page in mozilla, and they are normal.
Actual Results:
A generic horizontal rule bar appeared
Expected Results:
Followed the stylesheet, like I.E.

There is no rule for this in the W3C CSS standard.
It's an proprietary IE Tag..

Yeah, this time it's a proper dupe.

Hey, I only do prescreening and small patches, I do not rule out the
comaptibility policy here. =^.^=
