The Airflow task taar_weekly.dump_bq_to_tmp_table failed on 29-05-22

The dataflow_import_avro_to_bigtable task (and all its downstreams) failed on 28-05-22 as well which might be related

The most recent run was successful, but previous two are still sitting in error state.
