When i try to set Mozilla as my default browser (in the preferences windows or
at startup) Mozilla crashes and i have to restart it and it is still not set as
my default browser

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2.click ok when the dialog box appears asking if i want Mozilla to be my default
browser
3.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla crashes and it is not set as my default browser

Expected Results:  
let me continue using the browser and set Mozilla as default browser

a) Have you installed mozilla in a clean directory ?
(not over an older build or over an deinstalled build directory)

b) Can you please add a talkback ID from that crash ?

Bug seems to be Windows specific
