On the site site
http://www.terminodes.org/mics/publications.php?sessid=9131936e9f929758e759f85d087c0a1b&menuPos=2&action=init
or alternatively (www.terminodes.org and click the "publications" link) ,mozilla
is not able to open the pdf and ps files there (one example link would be
http://www.terminodes.org/mics/getDoc.php?sessid=9131936e9f929758e759f85d087c0a1b&docid=193&docnum=1)
and issues the following warning:
C:\documents\aministrator\localsetting\temp\9qsbs6p3.php could not be saved,
because the source file could not be read.
Try again later or contact the system-administrator.
(I can open these files with ms internet explorer, and also there is no problem
to open pdf and ps files from other locations with mozilla.)

You can solve the problem by deleting compreg.dat file and restarting Mozilla.
