It's not possible to dl any files or webpages or anything. Also i cannot open
the download manager manually !

Klicking on links to exe files produce a popup with the message:
'C:\WIN\TEMP\something.exe could not be saved, because the source file could not
be read. Try again later ...'
Reporter:
- please use the bugzilla helper next time to report a bug
- please include the warning message into your intial bug report, and possibly
in the summary
- AND please search for already existing bugs!! This one is the most duped bug
ever !
delete compreg.dat while all moz windows + quicklaunch are closed
