Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:101.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/101.0
Steps to reproduce:
While viewing an online PDF file in the PDF viewer, the Download button is clicked.
In Manage Bookmarks, the following path is taken: Import and Backup -> Restore -> Choose a File...
Actual results:
Firefox did not start downloading the file, neither opened the system's file manager for choosing the directory where the file will be saved, regardless of Firefox settings.
When pressing "Choose a File...", nothing happens.
Expected results:
Firefox should start the download, or should have opened the default file manager.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::File Handling' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Did you install a Firefox version from Mozilla (!) yourself, or did you install the Firefox Snap package provided by Ubuntu?

Did you install a Firefox version from Mozilla (!) yourself, or did you install the Firefox Snap package provided by Ubuntu?
Yes, this is Firefox Snap.
Something else: When choosing the default download folder in Settings, the file manager does open normally.
