In bug 1712762 and bug 1751313, a disabled account u587661@disabled.tld somehow ended up with a needinfo request. However, u587661@disabled.tld hasn't been active since 2017, and the needinfo in those bugs are from earlier this year.

Judging by the history of the bug, the original target of the needinfo appears to be an account of :yulia's with a gmail address, in contrast with their current email address which is a MoCo address. It looks like :yulia has requests blocked currently, so maybe that triggered some weird behavior?

Everything appears to be in order here – Yulia disabled their old gmail account on 2022-04-12, after the needinfo requests were set.
