Steps to reproduce:

Open a pdf document with external viewer like Adobe Acrobat Reader, not save. This happenes since version 98. Please fix this - we don't want to replace all the standard browsers of our customers. We liked Firefox before very much but this is a no go...

Actual results:

All documets are saved in the download folder

Expected results:

documents should not be saved
