Bug 1773207 did change this test, but the change is expected to be removed with the fix for 1774709.

The failure appears to have occurred just once and I have not been able to reproduce the problem locally and haven't had time to debug any further.

I'll take this bug and close it once 1774709 lands. If the intermittent failure continues, we'll know it was not caused by 1773207.
