Steps to reproduce:

I have opened two Firefox windows, each window contains a tab.
first window playing a video in fullscreen mode from udemy website.

Actual results:

When I change the window from first to second one, the bottom of the first window(which include the video in fullscreen mode) appears and overflow the bottom of the second window

Expected results:

The bottom of the first window(which is playing a video in fullscreen mode) shouldn't overflows the bottom of the second window when switching to the second window

A fix has landed and should be available in Firefox 103, or alternatively, in the current Nightly build of Firefox.
