Downloads sometimes do not work; occassionally must use IE to successfully get a download (Acrobat 5.0 reader was the culprit this time). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Mozilla 2.Open Tools 3.Open Download Manager Actual Results: NADA Expected Results: Download Manager should have opened in a separate window.
