Should this be closed? Some of the breakage bugs are still open - are those still being triaged and fixed?

Let's keep this bug open until we ship email tracking protection to normal windows.

The breakage bugs are all triaged. Similar to tracking protection breakages, we cannot fix every site breakage if it's caused by missing scripts from email trackers.
