Steps to reproduce:
Pressing mouse right click on current tab -> New Tab -> then start typing
Actual results:
A bar with input field opens in bottom and typing text writings to the input field
Expected results:
Text should be writings to url bar

I couldn't manage to reproduce the issue on my end. After opening a new tab the focus is moved to the address bar.
Could you please provide a print screen to see where exactly the bar with input field opens in bottom?

Thanks for answer.
I checked settings, this bug appears when set Settings -> Home -> New tabs -> Blank Page. Bar in bottom appears in private window, in non-private window url bar is not focused too, but bar in bottom does not open.
