User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0 SeaMonkey/2.53.13

Steps to reproduce:

Consider the following scenario:

1. open a list of youtube videos e.g. https://www.youtube.com/user/UnitedSportsCar/videos
2. right-click in the lower half of video preview picture. Dotted selection box appears around the picture, selecting "Copy link location" from context menu copies video URL to clipboard
3. right-click close to the top of a video picture. Selection box around the picture doesn't appear, selecting "Copy link location" from context menu does NOT change clipboard contents - this is the main issue. Selecting "Open link in a new tab" works on both occasions, so I am definitely clicking on a hyperlink and so it should be copied on both occasions too.

This is not 100% reproducible: sometimes, usually the first time, clicking on the top works just like clicking on the bottom, if it happens, try again with another video.

Why did it format the numbered list like this? Because of leading spaces maybe? Anyhow, here it is again in a more readable form (hopefully)
