Bugzilla is sending two emails in case of a needinfo, which seems unnecessary. Can we send only one to reduce the amount of bugmail?

- When needinfo'ing someone who does not currently have a role in the bug, add to the recipient list.
- Add additional content at the top of the normal bug mail that says the user has been needinfo'ed and what steps need to be taken by the user.
Question: Should we do this for all flag requests generically as needinfo internally is just another flag.

Yeah, I don't see why needinfo? would be different from other flag fwiw.

One thing that's useful about the current approach is that needinfo requests can be filtered into a separate folder from other bugmail by checking for "needinfo requested" in the subject.
It would be nice to retain the ability to filter needinfo request bugmail into a separate folder (it doesn't have to be in the exact same way, it could be via X-Bugzilla-Header or something else).

In an attempt to get my work load down to a manageable amount, I am un-assigning some bugs from my list. In the future when I assign a bug to myself, it will mean I am actively working on it and has become a priority. This action doesn't mean you bug will not be addressed, but will reassessed as time allows. Please comment if this is not acceptable. Thanks.
