1774688 - Change strings in the first-time PiP toggle

After a round of experimentation with the copy for the PiP first-time toggle, we would like to roll out the most successful version to all users in all locales

Existing Copy
Title: Watch in Picture-in-Picture
Text: Play videos in the foreground while you do other things in %Nightly/Firefox/Beta%.

New Copy
Title: Pop out this video​
Text: More screens are more fun. Play this video in Picture-in-Picture while you browse.

We think that the description for the PiP toggle should be more explicit and/or a little bit shorter:

1. "More screens are more fun." does not really make much sense.
2. The Picture-in-Picture is cut between rows and it looks unaesthetic.
3. The string is quite long and, depending on the video size/aspect ratio, it might generate other bugs (bug 1777485, bug 1777456...)
4. "Pop out this video" should be "Pop this video out".

** We have a few suggestions that you might want to consider:

• Suggestion 1:
  Title: Pop this video​ out
  Text: Want to watch more screens at a time? Play this video in Picture-in-Picture while you browse.
  (in this case, it would be better if the toggle was moved a little higher on the video so it would not overlap other important controls)

• Suggestion 2:
  Title: Watch in Picture-in-Picture
  Text: Follow the video while you do other things in Firefox

• Suggestion 3:
  Title: Pop this video out
  Text: Watch the video while you do other things in Firefox

• Suggestion 4:
  Title: Pop this video out
  Text: Want to watch this video while browsing the web? Play it in Picture-in-Picture mode!
