I added some ifdefs to sources. Now if you want to have pluglets without oji you need to set OJI_DISABLED
Now you can use pluglets without oji. Verified with Mozilla 0.9.5 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.5+) Gecko/20011030).
