Yeah, at first glance, it looked like the same bug, but I am not sure.
We fixed the timeout related to opening urlbar result popup in bug 1775008. In this case, it happens after there is the like following log.

But, there is no such log for this failure.

But but, I tried this test in my local, it seems that the log was not written by some conditions.

So, please let me confirm whether this failure no longer happens in try-sever.

I tried this test 30 times in TV mode on Linux, Windows and OSX in try-server.
As there are no problems, I close this issue as a duplicate.
