Running under XP Pro on a Dell Optiplex w/ integrated video (1600x1200). Same
problem in lone program instance and in a tabbed instance.

Actual Results:
First line(s) of text under the "Howto" section are rendered "on top of" each
other. Further down the page, in the "More Information" section, the numbered
list of 4 items will do the same thing, but I can get the lines to be almost
correctly by resizing the browser window.
