When mozci changes its mind, overwrite classification

Details

If mozci classifies a failures as intermittent and we save "autoclassified intermittent" in the Treeherder DB but then in the next run the classification from mozci changes, we should overwrite the classification (remove it, if mozci doesn't consider the failure as intermittent anymore).
