[Web Platform Test Sync Bot [:wpt-sync] (Matrix: #interop:mozilla.org)]

Syncing wpt PR 34502 found new untriaged test failures in CI

Attachment: Bug 1775267: Disallow :has selector nesting. r=emilio

Unlike the ParseRelative flag, which turns on relative selector parsing for
that parsing level only, the newly added DISALLOW_RELATIVE_SELECTOR flag
propagates through nested parsing calls.
