User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 If I start the mail part of Mozilla, and I try to start the browser, it will not start. Also If i start the browser first I cannot start mail. If I click on a web page that spawns a new browser, Mozilla will not spawn the browser. I have removed Mozilla and everything that I can find with Mozilla, and reinstalled, I see the same problems. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.start mail 2.after mail is running, start browser. 3. Actual Results: The browser will not start
Did this start happening after you installed a new Mozilla version? Please try using a new profile. If that helps, there are some outdated files (localstore.rdf...) in your Profile folder that have to be deleted. The profile folder is usually under Application Data\Mozilla, so you probably did not delete it yet.
