Beta/Release Uplift Approval Request

• User impact if declined: This patch removes a bunch of dead code from the WebCompat addon, including one global blocking webRequest listener - so there might be a slight performance improvement. Also, this adds an intervention that fixes a site - but this is not super high priority. I'm primarily requesting uplift to catch up with our schedule, which got delayed by all-hands and another project.

• Has the fix been verified in Nightly?: Yes
• Needs manual test from QE?: No

• List of other uplifts needed: None
• Risk to taking this patch: Low
• Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): Most of this patch is removing code we know is no longer needed. The one addition is adding a domain to an already shipping intervention that we know works!

I assume that's a new question based on the upcoming monorepo merge? This code will be shipping in a-c soon as well, but we're just going to land there and not request uplift. I didn't answer that question in the form, and it defaulted to "yes", apparently!
