Steps to reproduce:

I'm on a network that requires login from time to time.
If login is needed, requests are redirected to the login page, triggering the "Add security exception" dialog for every domain request.
This results in 28 modal windows opened on top of each other. I tried clicking "Cancel" in each of them and none of them worked. They seem to block each other.

Expected results:

Only one "add security exception" dialog should open at a time.
