Environment:
Operating system: Android - OxygenOS version 10.3.7
Firefox version: "Nightly 104.0a1 GV: 104.0a1-20220627211706"

Preconditions:
ETP set to STRICT
Clean profile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.vozpopuli.com/espana/arranca-madrid-protesta-anti-otan.html?amp=1
  2. Observe the page

Expected Behavior:
Cookies' consent pop-up is loading correctly.

Actual Behavior:
Cookies' consent pop-up isn't fully loading, It prevents the user to access the website.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot provided
  2. Not reproducible on Nightly with Standard ETP
  3. The result is the same in a Private Window

It seems as though the AMP version of the page relies on these two requests to succeed (Quantcast Choice cookie consent), which are being blocked:

https://cmp.quantcast.com/tcfv2/42/cmp2ui-es.js
https://cmp.quantcast.com/GVL-v2/vendor-list-trimmed-v1.json

It may be possible to shim this, but I don't know if it would be trivial, or if we would actually want to (since it's a cookie consent script that just happens to be classified as a tracker as well).
