[Fission] about:addons redirects to about:blank from about:about page

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to about:config > Search for fission.autostart and set it to true.
  2. Go to about:about.
  3. Tap on about:addons.
  4. Tap on back button.

Expected behaviour

The about:addons page is displayed. Tapping on back returns to the about:about page.

Actual behaviour

The about:addons redirects to about:blank. Tapping once on back with Fission activated sometimes only removes the icon (see video on GitHub: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/25660).

Moving Android Fission bugs to the new GeckoView::Sandboxing component.

Due to how Firefox Android implements its Add-ons Manager, about:about can't navigate to about:addons on Android with or without Fission. It shows a 404 page now, not about:blank. However, loading about:addons directly works.
