Steps to reproduce

1. Go to about:config.
2. Search for fission.autostart and set it to true.
3. Go to a website that can play media (e.g. youtube.com, soundcloud.com).
4. Play a video.
5. Invoke the Android notification bar and observe.
6. Lock the device and observe the lock screen.

Expected behaviour

The Media Notification is active/displayed on the Android Notification bar and lock screen, and the user can play/pause/skip the playing media.

Actual behaviour

The Media Notification is not displayed on the Android Notification bar and lock screen.

This issue is no longer reproducible in the latest Nightly 131.0a1 from 08/16 and Beta 130.0b5 with Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14) and Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 (Android 12). The media player notification is displayed in the Android Notification bar and on the lock screen with fission:autostart set to true and false.

With GVE 131.0a1-default the media player notification is not displayed at all.
