177701 - save target as not working

when I go to the above url, right click on 'download' and try to save the file,
nothing seems to get saved. I'm not convinced that the site is producing the
correct url (text/plain doesn't look right to me for an Excel spreadsheet).

in fact, I can't work out how to download the file at all wit moz.

it works with ie 5.5, so it could just be that the site's only been tested with
that.
