When Mozilla opens an MHT file (created from IE -- the only way that I know of),
everything's fine except that "Subject", "From" and "Date" etc fields are
displayed as well.  It's true that MHT is for mail, but when it's the _browser_
which opens it, it would be nice if Mozilla doesn't display these fields.

We don't support MHT in browser, really...  if it renders at all, it's because
mailnews is handling it.

But I think the fact that mailer can display HTML is because mailer is using
HTML renderer, right?
