[focus-android] part 3: Bump focus-android-beta-version Github Action to support new version numbers

At the beginning of the project, Fenix used its own version numbers and scheme that were totally unrelated to Gecko. When we migrated users from Fennec to Fenix (bug 1598373), we started aligning version numbers to Gecko. Although, the scheme remained the old one. We're now in a much more stable state and we're ready to apply the same scheme everywhere.
The good news is: it should be mainly a matter of changing mozilla-version
[1] and bumping this library in various places. We may have to change Fenix/Focus build system to use this scheme too.

Reopening, I just realized the l10n bumps will silently fail because of this line[1]

Looks all good! We manage to get the l10n bumps working on Fenix per #26235. Plus, we've managed to get 2 betas for each fenix and focus-android. Closing ticket.
