Details
This reproduces on Linux and Windows. When one opens a Miro visual, it initially displays correctly and the icons are slowly moved to the wrong location. Disabling the pref makes it behave correctly.

This appears to be working locally in a debug build on Linux with the FontFaceSet patch set from bug 1072107 and an extra patch to integrate it with OffscreenCanvas.

I manually tested in the latest nightly. This appears to be working now.
