User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:102.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/102.0

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Start Firefox 100.0 or later (tested up to 102.0) using a brand new profile (tested on both openSUSE 15.3 x86_64 and MS Windows).
2.) Visit a webpage with a hyperlink. Click on that hyperlink. Go back to the original page with the hyperlink. The color of the link will change to 'visited' color.
3.) Clear History via History --> Clear Recent History --> Timerange=Everything. Check all boxes. Clear the history.
4.) Refresh the tab.

Actual results:

1.) The hyperlink is still in the 'visited' color.
2.) Open the same page in a new tab (duplicate tab works). That new tab reflects the 'never visited' hyperlink color.
3.) OR, restart the browser and visit that page with the hyperlink. The hyperlink also reflects the proper 'never visited' hyperlink color.

Expected results:

Prior for Firefox 100.0, (99.0 for sure), you simply had to refresh the tab on the page with the hyperlink after clearing your history to reset the link color. Now, you have to either open it in a new tab or restart the browser to reset the hyperlink color after clearing history.
