177738 - Any download or "Save Image As..." doesn't work at all

When I try to download any file either from FTP or HTTP, or save image after
right clicking on it, it opens "Save File" dialog but then nothing happens. I
noticed that on Windows 2000 and XP with Mozilla 1.2b "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;
Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016". I couldn't find anything
similar in the Bugzilla database except something on Macintosh.

You should look better... this bug has been reported over 200 times (see
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/duplicates.cgi).  Also see the release notes, which
mention this explicitly...
